Our Dads

Wonderful painting of our dads by Lori James

CLIMATE SCIENCE is apparently like weather in Chicago: if you don’t like it, wait 15 minutes because it will change. Heavyweight solar physicists now believe we’re heading into a period of very quiet solar activity that may mean much cooler temperatures for planet Earth instead of imminent heat death due to global warming.

Of course, it may mean nothing. And that’s the point. We shouldn’t panic either way.

Also: flooded nuke plants in Nebraska; an end to selling gold; Rep. Paul wants to audit Fort Knox; and a tragedy in New Hampshire. (Click here for the last statement of the self-immolation victim.)

Note: At the 15:20 mark, Derek meant to refer to Genesis 6:4 (The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them.), not Genesis 6:3.

Yes, indeed, as the ante-Nicene Church Mother Anachronistia stated, “If Roman Catholicism is considered Christian, then Christianity will be considered the bloodiest religious cult ever conceived” or something to that effect.

    Hi Derek,

Regarding the F16 story, that particular aircraft is unique in that it uses hydrazine to fuel it’s emergency power unit. This is a hazmat and was most likely the cause for the evacuation. Ordinary munitions would also dictate a hot zone around the crash sight. I think we can safely put to rest chem/nuke rumors.
