Huge credit card malfunction coupled with technical problems on their end as well as international shipping policies meant that I was out of pocket for weeks and at the end of it all I still couldn't get the book (or the $60 of free extras). A shame as I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately I could not order the book ‘Apollyon Rising 2012′ from survivormall.com.

I am in the same boat that you with the founding of this nation. I taught the Christian heritage of this country for years. I am wondering though has anyone studied the significance of the Salem Witch Trials to the the Masonic/ Occultic take over of this country before the American Revolution? It seems that this is the greatest wedge event that I can see in history that changed the complexion of the leadership of this country from Christian to Masonic? Just another rabbit trail to follow.
