P.I.D. Radio 1/1/15: The Year Ahead

2015WE BEGIN our 11th year of webcasting with a look at some of the issues we believe the world will confront in 2015. Of course, it doesn’t take much imagination to predict more turmoil in the Middle East, especially given the Palestinian Authority’s recent failed initiative to have the United Nations Security Council declare it an independent state. We also discuss the continued conflict between the Islamic State and anyone who stands in the way of their dream of a restored caliphate.

We discuss politics, Ebola, the price of oil, shaky banks and a wobbly economy, and unconfirmed reports indicating that an incident at the Zaporozhye nuclear plant in Ukraine is ongoing and far more serious than was reported a month ago.

Please join us Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM Central Time (UTC -6) for the Gilbert House Fellowship at www.GilbertHouse.org, a virtual gathering to study the scriptures in chronological order. And check out the website for our forthcoming book on transhumanism, Rise of the Cybergods.

Visit the P.I.D. Radio Facebook page. Find links to the articles we discuss at P.I.D. News, discuss the topics at the P.I.D. Radio Cafe, and make time to listen to some of the great Christian podcasters at the Revelations Radio Network.
