JOURNALIST JAIME MAUSSAN is back in the news after presenting what he called “non-human” mummies to a congressional committee in Mexico investigating UFOs.

We thought Maussan’s history of promoting hoaxes would have made investigators think twice before inviting him to speak. But it’s just part of the growing number of UFO/UAP stories in the news cycle, like the nothingburger NASA report released this week, intended to distract us from something else.

What are the bigger stories we’re supposed to ignore? Possibly the impeachment investigation of President Joe Biden, or the escalation of the war in Ukraine as the US agrees to supply longer-range missiles capable of striking deep inside Russian territory.

Also: Steven Greer wants to take over top-secret sites with “non-human” craft and technology; EC President von der Leyen says the future is digital ID, and those who refuse it will be excluded from society; Chicago’s mayor wants to set up city-owned grocery stores; and New York City’s mayor says cost of immigration to reach billions.

P.I.D. Radio 8/5/23: Banks Prepare for the Mark

A SCANDAL has blown up in the United Kingdom as British banks have been exposed for canceling accounts of customers who hold political views deemed unacceptable—in other words, views opposed to ESG, CEI, and other forms of “goodthink” enforced by corporate social justice warriors.

This hit the news a few weeks ago when GB News presenter and former Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage revealed that his account at Coutts Bank had been canceled without cause. Further, when he contacted other institutions, looking for a new place to keep his money and investments, he was turned down by nine other banks. This smacks of collusion.

Internal bank communications confirmed that Farage was “de-banked” because of his political views. The point is this: Without a bank, it’s very difficult to get by in today’s world. And forces at work around the world intend to make it even more difficult as the war on cash continues with the rise of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), which, as one prominent economist noted, is not really currency—it’s a system of control.

Also: Hebrew-language media runs story claiming that red heifers were brought to Israel by Christians hoping to build temple of Antichrist.

Here’s the link to the Federal Reserve Bank’s FAQ on CBDCs. Don’t worry, CBDCs are “to expand safe payment options, not to reduce or replace them.” (Yeah, right.)

THE BRITISH government is close to releasing the findings of its inquiry into the death of Alexander Litvinenko, a fugitive member of Russia’s FSB security service (formerly the KGB). Litvinenko died in 2006 at the age of 44, poisoned with radioactive polonium-210. Reports indicate that Litvinenko, who had defected to England, was killed after exposing links between the Russian mafia’s illegal drug trade and associates of Vladimir Putin.

Also: Email shows military was ready to help Americans in Benghazi; Pentagon does end run around White House on Syria; 800-year-old Jewish prophecy of war between Persia and Arabia signaling arrival of Messiah; Soldiers of Odin stalk Muslim immigrants in Finland; Germans outraged at government response to migrant sexual assaults in Cologne; tech giving predators access to your kids; and 2016 is apparently the Year of Antichrist on American television.

WE MISS Patrick Heron. This dear brother in the Lord made us think and he always did it while making us smile.

He went home to be with the Lord January 2, 2014. Today is Paddy’s birthday. In tribute, we bring back an interview we recorded in February of 2007. During our discussion, Paddy said, in his inimitable style: The bad news is the Titanic is sinking; the good news is you don’t have to be on it.

One note: During our conversation, Patrick brought up a teaching he’d recently heard that claimed Cain was the literal offspring of Satan. We recommend an excellent study on the nature of the being in the garden, The Nachash and His Seed by Dr. Michael Heiser (PDF document).

We also note, as Sharon did during the interview, that Genesis 4:1 seems pretty clear:

And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.

Again, this is an hour that will make you think and do it with a smile.

THE TITLE of this week’s show is a reference to a wonderful exchange between a clothing designer and a host on the QVC shopping channel about whether the Moon is a planet or a star. Of course, it’s neither, but it led to a discussion of a panic 60 years ago when the U.S. government frantically searched for two “natural” satellites that appeared on radar, orbiting the equator at 400 miles and 600 miles above the Earth.

We believe the UFO phenomenon is real, but it’s not what UFO true believers think it is.

Also: Elon Musk plans global satellite broadband; John Kerry brings James Taylor to France; Project Gladio; more American soldiers (and weapons) for Iraq; Russia uses Gazprom to threaten Ukraine and EU, while moving to absorb South Ossetia from Georgia; Thailand recognizes third gender in its new constitution; U.S. Supreme Court to rule on homosexual marriage; George Soros finances Ferguson protests; and ISIS continues to gain territory despite hundreds of Western air strikes.

We discuss the character and the Buddhist concept of the tulpa and the possibility that demons may be using the Slender Man phenomenon to influence teens looking for supernatural power.

THE US and EU wasted no time in condemning the referendum in Crimea. According to reports from the area, nearly 80% of voters in the region turned out and over 90% voted in favor of seceding from Ukraine and rejoining Russia.

The reaction of American and European leaders is ironic, considering that President Obama has defended the assassination of American citizens without due process, unrestricted NSA spying, and military action in support of the rights of Afghans, Iraqis, Libyans, and South Sudanese to determine their own political futures.

We also discuss the still-missing Flight 370, Fred Phelps, Sr. of Westboro Baptist Church, and where the research for our presentations for the Orlando Prophecy Summit has taken us over the last month. P.I.D. Radio 7/13/13: Of (Genetically Engineered) Mice and Men

RESEARCHERS IN England announced this week the creation of genetically-engineered mice with artificial human chromosomes in every cell of their bodies. The government there has pledged tens of millions of pounds to synthetic biology research, including an international project to construct all 16 chromosomes of yeast to produce the first synthetic organism with a complex genome.

The pitch is that the research will yield exciting new gene therapies, and it may. But transgenic mice (or pigs, goats, and cattle) with human genetic material raises some disturbing questions.
