It’s the annual meeting of the Bilderberg Group, a collection of globalist technocrats, bankers, politicians, and thought leaders who gather each year to decide how we should live. 

Are the Bilderbergers really that powerful? Probably not. Yes, they constitute a cross-section of the wealthy and well-connected, but we think they’re a red herring. As Paul wrote, “We wrestle not against flesh and blood”—in other words, our real opponents are not human.

That said, it’s still interesting to note that two-time unsuccessful candidate for Georgia governor Stacey Abrams was invited to this year’s meeting. 

We also discuss the Biden administration’s decision to allow other nations to give F-16s to Ukraine. If this is a convoluted legal way of denying direct responsibility for dead Russian pilots, we don’t think Vladimir Putin will be impressed. As Sharon said in 2020, it may be that Joe Biden’s role as president is to usher the U.S. into World War 3.

A massive earthquake has left over 2,400 dead in Nepal, India, Bangladesh, and Tibet at last count, and that number will almost certainly grow in the hours ahead. Meanwhile, a volcano in Chile has unexpectedly erupted for the first time in 40 years, spewing a cloud of ash that’s reached southern Brazil.

What’s more, people spotted something that looked like a giant in the cloud and some locals are convinced that it was a manifestation of the god of the volcano.

This isn’t surprising. Mountains and volcanoes have been considered the abode of gods since the dawn of time. In fact, Eden was on “the holy mountain of God” (Ezekiel 28:13-14). And the climactic battle between the armies of heaven and the forces of Antichrist will be at Armageddon — har-mo’ed — the “mount of assembly” in the Holy Land, Mount Zion.

WE MISS Patrick Heron. This dear brother in the Lord made us think and he always did it while making us smile.

He went home to be with the Lord January 2, 2014. Today is Paddy’s birthday. In tribute, we bring back an interview we recorded in February of 2007. During our discussion, Paddy said, in his inimitable style: The bad news is the Titanic is sinking; the good news is you don’t have to be on it.

One note: During our conversation, Patrick brought up a teaching he’d recently heard that claimed Cain was the literal offspring of Satan. We recommend an excellent study on the nature of the being in the garden, The Nachash and His Seed by Dr. Michael Heiser (PDF document).

We also note, as Sharon did during the interview, that Genesis 4:1 seems pretty clear:

And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.

Again, this is an hour that will make you think and do it with a smile.

This past weekend, a host of cutting edge thinkers and theologians gathered for the 2009 Ancient of Days Conference, the first Christian symposium on aliens.

It was like a reunion of past P.I.D. Radio guests, including Lynn Marzulli, Dr. Mike Heiser, Russ Dizdar, Joe Jordan, and, of course, Guy — plus people we should have on the show, such as author Stephen Yulish, Pastor Chris Ward, Gary Bates of Creation Ministries International, Dr. William Alnor, and Michael “Dr. Future” Bennett.

The interview was recorded in July of 2008, while the 61st anniversary of the most famous UFO crash in history was celebrated in Roswell. Guy Malone shared with us a rundown of the official events, which, interestingly enough, were coordinated by Joe Jordan of the Alien Abduction Crisis Centers of America, a Christian deliverance ministry.

Guy reiterated what we believe about UFO phenomena: Some of them are real; they’re not from outer space; and the passengers are definitely not friendly.
