P.I.D. Radio 2/10/24: Criminal or Just Feeble?

President Joe Biden will not be charged for mishandling top secret documents stored in his garage from his time as a U.S. senator and vice president. However, the report by Special Counsel Robert Hur may be even worse for Biden than prosecution.

Hur’s report documents several instances of Biden’s cognitive decline; for example, his inability to remember when he served as vice president or the year of his son Beau’s death, an event the the president often cites in his public appearances. This comes days after Biden claimed to have spoken recently with the former leaders of France and Germany François Mitterand and Helmut Kohl, who died in 1996 and 2017, respectively.

Making matters worse for the president, Biden gave a press conference after the special counsel’s report was made public and confused Egypt with Mexico.

The other big story this week was Tucker Carlson’s interview with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin. We neither condemn Carlson for the interview nor take as absolute truth anything that President Putin said.

THE U.S. GOVERNMENT is in a legal standoff with the state of Texas over control of the border with Mexico.

Grace the Rescue Dog joined us in The Barn for this week’s PID Radio.

After Texas refused to comply with a Supreme Court ruling to allow Border Patrol agents to a park in Eagle Pass, the White House announced a freeze on the sale of liquefied natural gas, which amounts to economic sanctions on Texas—but it also threatens the energy security of our NATO allies in Europe, which have replaced some of the natural gas it imported from Russia with LNG from the US.

Also: Yemen effectively blockades Suez Canal (except to Russian and Chinese shipping); Türkiye drops opposition to Sweden in NATO (and gets new F-16s); US federal debt growing faster than GDP; and the influence of Inanna and Molech.

P.I.D. Radio 1/6/24: The Miami Alien and Other Distractions

NEW YEAR’S DAY brought unexpected excitement to Miami: Dozens of police officers responded to a call of teens fighting and setting off fireworks at a mall. The incident has gone viral as a video on social media claims to show a 7-to-10 foot tall “alien” skulking near the police cars.

As with anything spectacular that draws public attention, like the publication of a certain list this week (which contained nothing we didn’t already know), we look at the other hand to see what we’re not supposed to notice.

It could be the situation at the US-Mexico border, where Customs and Border Protection processed—meaning “released into the country, probably with cash, a phone, and a notice to appear for an asylum hearing in three years”—more than 300,000 illegal migrants during the month of December, a new record. There are now more illegals entering the United States than new babies born to US citizens.

The distraction may also be to draw our attention away from the global economy, which is about to take a hit from Yemen effectively cutting off access to the Suez Canal. Operation Prosperity Guardian, the American mission to protect cargo ships in the Red Sea, has failed, and about 10–12% of global trade is now being routed around the southern tip of Africa, adding cost and two to three weeks to shipping time.

We also discuss a growing movement in Iran to reject Islam as “an Arab religion.” This is a nationalist movement that wants to bring back Zoroastrianism, the worship of Ahura Mazda, but it is also opening the door to the gospel.

CHAOS IS rampant around the world, with imminent changes in society intended to usher in a new world order. If this hadn’t been revealed to the prophets more than 2,000 years ago, we’d really be worried!

Make no mistake, we take this very seriously. But the outcome has already been determined (see: Psalm 2, Daniel 7, Zechariah 14, Revelation 21, etc.). We discuss the transformation of the United States into an empire, following the path of the Roman Republic, and the spiritual forces behind that transformation as they prepare for the final war between the Fallen and the Messiah at the head of the heavenly host.

Also: Imminent shutdown of US government; national emergency test October 4; southern fronts with Russia in Armenia-Azerbaijan and Serbia-Kosovo conflicts; Walmart, Target lobby Congress for new credit card processing system; retailers fleeing America’s biggest cities as organized retail theft makes profit impossible; Bidenomics = homes are unaffordable for average Americans in 99% of country; proposed treaty would require US to defend Saudi Arabia in exchange for normalized relations between Saudis and Israel; and predictive programming through shows like The Outer Limits, The Twilight Zone, and The X-Files.

P.I.D. Radio 5/13/23: Financial Armageddon!

THE U.S. GOVERNMENT is facing a disaster of Biblical proportions if it doesn’t raise the debt ceiling by June 1! At least, that’s how the media spins it.

The fact is the government’s debt level is unsustainable, closer to $80 trillion than the official number of $31 trillion. Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy is trying to use the debt ceiling showdown to pressure Democrats into cutting back on spending. We’ll see who blinks.

We also discuss the situation at the southern border as Title 42 restrictions on admitting migrants expire. The real story here is the human trafficking, especially of children, that’s been facilitated by the Biden administration.

A whistleblower named Tara Lee Rodas told a House subcommittee two weeks ago that the government is delivering migrant children to traffickers. According to The New York Times, the Department of Health and Human Services has lost track of some 85,000 children brought into the country and delivered to “sponsors” since Joe Biden took office in 2021. That’s about a quarter of the total number of unaccompanied minors who have entered the country over the last two years.

We also discuss the ancient kingdom of Assyria and its connection to Babylon, a name that was used for many cities in ancient Mesopotamia—including the Assyrian capital, Nineveh.

ONE OF THE LARGEST banks in America went belly-up Friday. Silicon Valley Bank, with nearly $190 billion in deposits, was seized by federal regulators, leading to questions about how far this financial contagion will spread.

We also discuss the global split between the West and the rest of the world, led by the BRICS nations—Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa—with Saudi Arabia clearly moving out of the US orbit.

China has brokered a rapprochement between the Saudis and Iran, a move that has serious implications for the role of the US Dollar as the world’s de facto reserve currency. Coupled with what may be a looming economic meltdown heralded by the collapse of SVB, we could be looking at the first step toward the creation of a Central Bank Digital Currency put forward as a way to stabilize the global economy.

The question is how an increasingly divided world comes together to form the infrastructure of a future global government.

P.I.D. Radio 7/13/13: Of (Genetically Engineered) Mice and Men

RESEARCHERS IN England announced this week the creation of genetically-engineered mice with artificial human chromosomes in every cell of their bodies. The government there has pledged tens of millions of pounds to synthetic biology research, including an international project to construct all 16 chromosomes of yeast to produce the first synthetic organism with a complex genome.

The pitch is that the research will yield exciting new gene therapies, and it may. But transgenic mice (or pigs, goats, and cattle) with human genetic material raises some disturbing questions. WHILE IRISH people (in the U.S., anyway) celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, we look back to 3/13/13 and the election of Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio as the new head of the Roman Catholic Church, Pope Francis I. Even Catholic observers are not entirely certain whether his name refers to Francis of Assisi, founder of the Franciscan Order, or Francis Xavier, co-founder of the Society of Jesus — the Jesuits.

IT’S BEEN an odd week. Following the surprise announcement of Pope Benedict’s resignation, a spectacular fireball streaked across the Siberian sky, injuring some 1,200 people when the meteorite exploded in the atmosphere with the force of about 30 Hiroshima bombs.

Besides that, a geneticist issued a statement claiming that she had solid DNA proof of the existence of a novel primate species: Homo sapiens cognatus — AKA Bigfoot.

Also: Killer asteroid in 2106 (or not, depending on who you believe); Pope appoints member of Knights of Malta to head Vatican bank; a seat for the Vatican at King David’s tomb; “Blade Runner” charged with murder; new outbreak of bird flu in Mexico; black magic in Africa; and Radford University offers independent study in necromancy.

P.I.D. Radio 10/28/12: A Drone Again, Naturally

IT APPEARS that regardless of who wins the United States presidential election nine days from now, our drone war against suspected terrorists (and anyone within an acceptable radius, from a collateral damage standpoint) will continue without interruption.

The CIA wants more drones and more places to launch them, the White House will still have a secret capture/kill list, and if you dare question the moral or constitutional justification for killing four-year-old girls over there to limit the possibility that four-year-old girls here get killed, well, you’re “a horrible moron.”

Also: Fiscal cliff ahead; head of Bank of England admits that banks don’t have enough capital; Sandy takes aim at East Coast; and something falls into a Mexican volcano.

Forgive us — we forgot to come back to the creepy story of the drone that “started its engine without any human direction, even though the ignition had been turned off and the fuel lines closed. Technicians concluded that a software bug had infected the ‘brains’ of the drone, but never pinpointed the problem.” Obviously, there’s a Cylon in your future.

WE’RE NOT sure what is more disturbing — the recent stories from Miami, Maryland, and Canada of cannibalistic behavior or the snarky Internet meme that followed, declaring the onset of a Zombie Apocalypse.

As is often the case, drugs are blamed in these horrific crimes. We think they’re more evidence that Paul knew what he was talking about when he wrote to the church at Ephesus: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”

Is it a plot by elites to program us to anticipate imminent doom, or is it simply a matter of network programmers feeding the public’s hunger for this type of cosmic fortune telling?

P.I.D. Radio 2/19/12: A Trillion Here, A Trillion There…

SOMETIMES WE come across stories that seem important and connected, but we just can’t get our minds completely around them. Try these on for size.

Lord James of Blackheath, whom you might remember for his “Foundation X” speech in 2010 (link opens YouTube video), stated in the House of Lords Thursday (2/16) that he’s been investigating for the last two years an attempted fraud or money laundering scheme, possibly involving the government of the U.S. or the Federal Reserve Bank, in the neighborhood of $15 trillion. (The 2012 budget of the United States, by comparison, is about $3.8 trillion.)
Eight people were arrested in Italy Friday (2/17) in possession of $6 trillion in counterfeit U.S. bonds. That’s double the size of Italy’s national debt (and again, nearly double the annual budget of the U.S.).
A quick look through Google News reveals a number of arrests for trafficking in large quantities of counterfeit U.S. government bonds ($134 billion in Italy, $875 billion in Malaysia, $2 trillion in the Philippines, etc.) over the past ten years.

If we assume that some counterfeiters actually get away with their crimes, we have to wonder: How much phony U.S. debt is out there? How much of it is in the hands of supposedly stable financial institutions? Is any of it actually being circulated intentionally by those institutions? And how does that affect the state of the global economy?

The mind reels.

Also: Whitney Houston, Nicki Minaj, and this year’s bizarre Grammy awards; the Beatles and the Tavistock Institute; the FBI foils its own terror plot — again (and see this 1993 article about how much the FBI knew about the first World Trade Center bombing before it happened); and two women sue a clinic in suburban St. Louis for implanting false memories of Satanic abuse.
