Radio 1/20/24: Disease X https://www.pidradio.com/2024/01/20/p-i-d-radio-1-20-24-disease-x/ Sat, 20 Jan 2024 18:04:31 +0000 https://www.pidradio.com/?p=3428 ONE OF THE ISSUES discussed by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland this week is preparing for “Disease X.”

It’s important to remember that Disease X doesn’t exist. It’s a hypothetical pathogen that may someday pose a threat to humanity. It’s also important to note that the WEF, the World Health Organization, UNESCO, and other globalist organizations want us to know that they need to control what information you can access because mis-, dis-, and malinformation can literally kill you.

Sharon shares her observations on the 2018 Clade X tabletop exercise held at Johns Hopkins and whether any lessons were actually learned by the US government, and we discuss a report on research in China with a pangolin coronavirus that reportedly killed 100% of the humanized mice in the study. Apparently, that’s not unusual for that type of experiment, but it does raise concerns about ongoing gain-of-function research.

We also discuss the tangled situation in the wider Middle East as Iran and nuclear-armed Pakistan traded airstrikes this week, the Houthi government of Yemen declared it’s shutting down the Red Sea to shipping, and a report that Joe Biden and Benjamin Netanyahu aren’t talking to one another after a tense phone call in December.

UPDATE: After our recording, Israeli media reported that Netanyahu and Biden just spoke for the first time in 27 days. No details on the call, but the call was reportedly “held in good spirits.”

Libya has nearly devolved into a civil war, and the Western media seems focused on the protests as struggles for freedom, and maybe they are. There is one aspect that is overlooked, however, which is that the first protests in Tunisia and Egypt were sparked by sharply rising food prices, which are being driven up by commodity traders — most of whom, we’d bet, don’t have to devote a big percentage of their income on loaves of bread.

Also: Iranian warships in the Med for the first time in 30 years; Saudi/Iranian showdown in Bahrain; CIA agent arrested in Pakistan; and the US paid millions for bogus intelligence software — and now covers it up by claiming “national security”.
