HUMANITY IS on a collision course with a post-human future — at least, if those pushing the H+ movement have their way.

That’s only one of the pressing issues Tom Horn addressed when he and David Hitt organized the Future Congress on Emerging Threats and Challenges in Branson.  Tom sat down with Sharon at the conference on Sunday, July 24, 2011 for a wide-ranging discussion on transhumanism, Dominionism, human/”alien” hybrids, the New Age fascination with 2012, and the new book Pandemonium’s Engine: Satan’s Imminent and Final Assault on the Creation of God.

Tom and company pretty much gave us free rein to discuss today’s NASA “astrobiology” discovery, the proposed Edgar Mitchell/Billy Meier forum, alien disclosure, the alleged Gulf of Aden stargate, transhumanism, pandemics, and our panoptic society. It’s a wild hour, and the high point may be Sharon’s speculation about why DARPA’s X-37B space drone has been orbiting Earth for nine months.

Also: Israel finds natural gas in Leviathan; the government spins Wikileaks; and the stargate under the Gulf of Aden.

Also: Tulsahenge; Wikileaks releases new secret documents; as many as 100,000 Iraqis dead in the war; cholera outbreak in Haiti spreads; prosecutions against Blackwater contractors fall apart; and a Miami neighborhood wakes up to a street full of dead, headless animals.

WE THOUGHT we’d name tonight’s show to match the web page our hosting company serves up half the time lately. That’s what we get for signing up with a company named for the king of the Abyss (see Revelation 9:11 — 9/11… coincidence?).

Anyway, this was a week of speeches: President Obama to America’s schoolchildren and to the U.S. Congress, some of whom, according to certain pundits, behaved like schoolchildren. While we sympathize with Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.), we Christians have to recognize that the government is part of the enemy’s domain, granted by God after the Tower of Babel incident (see View From the Bunker #8 with Dr. Mike Heiser).

Our weapons in this war are spiritual: prayer and fasting–not political action committees, Supreme Court justices, or guns. We need to avoid getting so caught up in the political discourse that we forget. In other words, follow God’s will and avoid the internal server error.

Also: Netanyahu’s visit to Russia a diversion for test of secret weapon; Israel planning attack on Iran; G20 coming to Pittsburgh amid calls to dump the dollar (see The G20 Moves the World a Step Closer to a Global Currency); anti-abortion activist shot dead in Michigan; and Christians being blamed for anti-Christian behavior.
