THE ATTEMPTED assassination of Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury, England has amped up the mainstream media’s rhetoric against what Ronald Reagan called (35 years ago this month) the Evil Empire.
Between the Skripal case, alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election in the US, and potential military conflict in Syria, it looks as though Western elites are looking for reasons to get into a shooting war with Russia.
